Jaw Strength
- Place Jawgryp gently between teeth.
- Slowly open and close your jaw in a controlled motion.
Jaw + Neck Strength
- Securely bite down on the Jawgryp with firm, even pressure.
- While maintaining your bite, slowly lift and lower your head, keeping your spine aligned and movements controlled.
Progress gradually (light → medium → heavy)
Reps: 8–12 repetitions per exercise
Sets: 2–3 sets (non-consecutive days)
Rest between sets: 30–60 seconds.
Massage the jaw muscles after use.
